Congratulations to Paul – Our New Operations Manager!
After nine dedicated years with Impact Services, Paul has earned a well-deserved
promotion to Operations Manager!
Starting his journey as a Mobile Supervisor, then growing into an Operations Coordinator
within our control room, Paul has consistently shown commitment, leadership, and a
passion for excellence. In his new role, he’ll be overseeing customer relations,
strengthening our client partnerships, and driving continuous service improvements
across the business.
On his promotion, Paul shared:
