Billy has taken the initiative to design and implement a bespoke front of house, reception, and concierge training programme, supported by enhanced management oversight. By working directly with building and facilities managers across our sites, he ensures our teams understand not only the operational requirements of each location but also the expectations for service delivery.

This structured approach has delivered measurable improvements, including:

In parallel, this initiative has also enabled Impact to transition a number of sites into dual-service contracts, integrating front-of-house services with housekeeping, janitorial, and cleaning solutions – ensuring greater efficiency and added value for our clients.
